Job Description
- Classroom management (Including how to handle students, ensuring supplies needed are ready, etc.)
- Developing and improving lesson plans
- Create educational engaging activities and events that will interest children
- Ensuring learning environment is always safe, fun , positive and nurturing
- Participate in recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events if needed
- Develop good rapport with parents
- Student management (Monitor, track and help students improve and develop)
- Team player who is willing to go the extra mile
- Helps and is involved with any marketing activities
- Data analytics and problem solving skills
Requirements
- 2 + years' of teaching experience in KG/Primary level
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- A team player with a growth and 'Can do' mindset
- Speaks Fluent English
- Willing to work in Bintaro for 2 days/week (Weekends)
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 per week
Salary: From Rp300,000 per day
